Processing ~
All order are processed within 1-2 days. Once your label is created, a shipping notification is automatically sent to the email you provided. Please check your spam box if you haven't seen your shipping notification.
Shipping ~
Depending on the shipping option you selected, please review the timeframes there. All Items are shipped within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed (meaning, after you order, your order gets processed, packed and then shipped, count 3-5 business days from this time not from the time you purchased). Please allow holidays and bad weather to possibly slow down receiving time.
Returns ~
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for full store credit within 3 days of receiving your item. After 3 days, your item does not qualify for a return of any kind. The item must be returned in original condition with all packaging as sent in order to be processed for the full store credit. To request an exchange for site credit, please contact besansonliz@gmail.com with EXCHANGE in the subject line and we will respond within 24 hours to arrange for your item to be exchanged.
Once the item is received, we will issue you within 72 hours a site credit code that you may use immediately on the site.
Lost Package ~
We are not held responsible for lost packages. In the event your item is tracked but you have not received your item(s), please contact your postal carrier immediately for further investigation. Once an item leaves my property, its solely in the hands of the carrier at this point.
